I loved every minute I spent here. The trail is well established and is a loop so it’s very easy to follow. Spots were muddy but I love that. I saw lots of squirrels playing. I also saw a large variety of birds too. The sounds of Spring surrounded me as I walked. Ducks and geese were enjoying the water. Loads of turtles were sunning themselves. Pets are aloud but need to be on a leash. There are only a few parking spots available but I had no trouble with parking. The nature preserve is located in a neighborhood. Don’t think you took a wrong turn, keep going and you will find it. They have a trash can at the beginning/end of the trail and people use it. There was no trash anywhere which was very refreshing! This is a hidden gem! I can’t wait to come back with our granddaughters!

Still a wonderful little pond in the middle of Westerville. The Pond was quite full of water, so the boardwalk to the floating dock was a bit under water for me. Birds were heard, but not easily seen. Spanish bluebells were on the path. I will return in another season. Parking for about three cars. Path was well kept.

It takes just a couple of minutes to enter the loop trail through a beautiful wooded path. The trail around the water is short—less than 15 minutes—but it’s scenic and peaceful. There are also a few small benches along the way where you can sit and relax. Now, in mid-July, I didn’t notice many mosquitoes or bugs.

This is a very lovely and very quaint pond. It's always open 24/7 and I've never seen more than just a few other people there. Usually just joggers but also elder people walking around. During extremely cold winters it's super fun to walk along the edges of the frozen pond. There are many spots off the trail to relax and unwind and even meditate. You feel very private in the summer since the foliage covers up the suburbs all around you. I recommend walking around the path that circles the entire pond area. It's a...

this is an amazing slice of nature in the middle of the suburbs. once you walk down the pathway into it, it's like you're transported. there is a pond with a path that run around it, multiple benches, a boardwalk portion over the marshes, and there is usually a blue heron in yearly residence. it's such a peaceful place for nature sounds, so take out...
