Overall, we had a pretty good experience during the morning preschool swim time (9am-11am M-F). The facility is definitely nice and clean and was well-designed. We attended on a guest pass, but I highly doubt we’d ever purchase a family pass. The preschool swim was not strictly enforced. The baby pool area was crazy at times with older kids roughhousing and splashing. My 2 year old loves the splash pad area and is getting more and more comfortable with the baby pool. I think we’d definitely give this place another shot (as guests).

Great community pool experience. The parking is well laid out, they have a good amount of chairs and have a nice shady area. The dining area is vey nice and the slides are such fun. The lazy river is enjoyable- unless it is over crowded. The snack shack has the usual fare and prices reflect he current times. I wish they open earlier to the general public and had some late evenings - overall it is top notch. This summer they partnered with the Westerville Library for the summer reading program.

The water park itself is nice and can be enjoyable, however; the lifeguards do little to nothing about the young adults and kids that like to kick, splash, and wrestling around in the lazy river knocking each other off the floats, kicking people including younger kids, and doing all sorts of extracurricular stuff that they could do in one of the other two big pools. Also, kids 6 and under are supposed to be accompanied by an adult at all times but I assure you that isn't the case and they get in the lazy river with their goggles & snorkels doing extra trying to squeeze past people under & above water. We definitely don't pay the amount we do for a family season pass to have to deal with the shenanigans. We get it that it's hot and kids want to swim and have fun and they're going to splash, that's not the issue the issue is all the extra stuff they're doing that could be done in the larger pool with the diving boards or even the other pool in the middle since those areas aren't as confined as the "lazy river". I will say that the management over the lifeguards tried to do their best to resolve the matter and watch the larger groups that were causing issues for multiple guests and...

I wanted to share some feedback regarding the lap pool this year. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed the cleanliness has not been up to the same standards as in previous years. It often looks like chlorine is being added but the lap pool isn’t being swept or properly cleaned—almost every time I go, whether early in the morning or later in the afternoon, I see bandages and other debris at the bottom.

This wasn’t the case last year, so I wanted to ask—has the management or maintenance routine changed? I actually came down with a case of laryngitis last week after swimming, which makes me more concerned about the pool’s upkeep.

The facilities themselves are wonderful, and I really appreciate having access to them. I just hope the cleaning process can be stepped up, especially with regular sweeping of the pool, so everyone can enjoy the...

I recently visited this facility with my family and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. When we reported an incident involving children bullying my younger siblings, the staff responded with rudeness and dismissiveness rather than addressing the issue.

Additionally, I was yelled at after reacting to the children’s inappropriate behavior, which included following and harassing both my siblings and me. The situation escalated further when false accusations were made about me ā€œpetting a duckā€ after those same children had been splashing it in the diving pool.

Overall, this experience left us feeling disrespected and unsupported by staff. Because of this, I will not be returning and cannot recommend...
