Great library with lots to choose from – even lots of more scientific books which I love –quiet, and nice amenities too with some trails adjacent to it. My only complaint is that the employees need to know how to use the tech there better. Had issues with the printer not printing what I sent to it so went to ask the lady working nearby. First, she was adamant that the program deleted the file despite me saying I never released the job. I asked if I could try anyway and it was indeed there. Went to print and it wasn’t working so I asked if maybe it lags and I pressed the finish button too fast. She was back at it saying it was deleted and I had to try again, so I asked what I did wrong and she just said she didn’t know. Meanwhile, it finally started printing. It just has a lag like I had originally thought and you can’t press the finish button until it gets past the lag. It would’ve been fine if she wasn’t so argumentative. I get that I’m sure there are people she deals with that try to do things and are wrong, but there was no harm in trying it my way, I just didn’t want to pay for the prints when it was in my...
Read moreThis is a really nice library with tons of great amenities. It's big, and has wonderful natural light. There is a large children's section with a play area and it's nice that it is its own space so you don't have to worry about loud kids disrupting the peace throughout the library! There's a teens only section, and tons of space to relax and read throughout the library. There are study rooms you can reserve too. There are two self check out stations in the front of the library and the hold section is right there as well. They have a puzzle going toward the back of the building and puzzles you can come and exchange to take home. There book sale section is very big and very reasonably priced. Even though this library is on the campus of the community college, there is ample parking dedicated just to library goers. They do have an outdoor return drop box for...
Read moreI go to this library often to study and to borrow books and DVD's. It does have limited options compared to libraries in more affluent parts of the Denver-Metro area like the Koelbel Library in Arapahoe County, but is still a very nice library. When I've needed staff help, they have been helpful and friendly. I would recommend this library as an excellent place to study and a place with an adequate, and hopefully improving, selection of books, CD's, DVD's, etc. If you want more, move to a more affluent part of town with exceptionally funded libraries like Greenwood Village or Cherry Hills Village, or go to the big library down town and deal with the 'interesting' people in there. Or go to the very nice, clean and pleasant library in...
