Staff is always helpful and present throughout the library. Realize it is attached to the community college so it has more research resources than most city branch libraries.

There are study or group rooms available for clubs or other organizations to use. Rooms seat about 4 to 8 from what I noticed.

There is a decent DVD collect for browsing, mostly popular films. It is nice to catch some older movies in this collection.

The children's library is active with free activities or story time you can sign up for during the day.

Check out is all self serve with an improved self serve kiosk.

Don't forget you can put a hold on books online and easily pick them up and check them out at the entrance.

There is a safe drop off zone to drop off children at the door. There are also specific spots labeled for family parking so that you can walk with children on sidewalk to main entrance, rather than through the parking lot with...

I use the College Hill Library and appreciate what it provides. But I have been disappointed with its inter-library loan assistance. In December 2021 I asked about being able to borrow two rolls of microfilm from another, out-of-state, library. Two or three months passed with no word back from them. I then asked in person about the status of my request and was told they had difficulty in getting the film from that facility, and were trying other options. And that was the last of it-- I have never once gotten a call about my request in these past eleven months. If you can't get it, at least let me know! I don't think that is...
