had a racial encounter with director Dina Hillard of out reach , and carol stream officer Puntiman they both violated my civil rights use my information to file a police report against me and their was the ones to steal my information and use it against me ! I than tried to suggest this to Chief investigator Nick Liberio of Dupage il he refused to look into the matter pertaining to officer puntiman badge 1009 and director Dina hill are of carol stream and carol stream police station Nick liberio tried hard to get me upset asking me questions that’s not pertains to helping me about the matter he than retaliated by coming to my resident illegally to insult & intimidated me on 5-4-2023 10am when Nick liberio got no response he than goes through illegal channels to obtain my information he got from director Dina hillard and carol stream officer puntiman badge 1009 he than calls my mother harass her about me Nick liberio & carol stream police harassed me trying to threat my life I was in fear of my life Nick liberio and carol stream police are rogue and is a threat to me officer puntiman broke 4th amendment law also ( 5 U.S.C S. 552a ). ( 720ILC 5). 26 U.S Code 7213 4th amendment chief investigator Nick Liberio and carol stream cops have broke laws to try to intimate me because of my race & gender and I also have have complaints against Dina hillard racist in Dupage who made accusations against me all this over retaliation over a complaint & Nick Liberio and carol stream police department refusing my complaints.

I have a very negative personal experience with SAO of DuPage (under the command of Mr.Berlin). I was falsely accused of misdemeanor by my ill minded ex husband and two other individuals with similar health condition, whom he temporarily befriended during our divorce. Lies, supported by gullible police (DSO and Glen Ellyn) unable to gather and validate facts and come to an intelligent investigation conclusion, resulted in my wrong arrest and several fraudulent charges. After total of 3! jury trials and one successful appeal I was finally found "not guilty" 4 years later (during the last trial I chose to represent myself, being a non attorney, English is my second language). "Justice delayed is justice denied." (MLK Jr.) The attitude, manipulations, ridiculous lies blindly repeated (without having any proof) by certain young and ambitious ASAs (total of 6?), evidence fabricated and twisted by SAO "investigator" Nick Liberio, hours of non productive and unfair court proceedings and waste of taxpayers' money qualify for legal and financial abuse of authority and mental cruelty towards a defendant (me and my children in this case). .Both cases were expunged (extra work and time), the scars remain. Justice has not been served as perjury has not get a consequence and correction (yet). Nobody apologized to me for this professional "mistake" AND Mr. Berlin had been "unavailable" to respond to my complaints, polite requests to meet with me, to answer my questions, but silently tolerates and enables this behavior of his office employees. Until he makes a positive change in favor of honesty, fairness and justice I do not have any desire to support him by my vote. May God bless America (and protect people of DuPage County).
