Buffalo Grove Park District — Attraction in Wheeling Township

We recently visited this place for a birthday party. It has good and spacious rooms for small celebrations. They also offer party packages if needed. We had organized a birthday party last year around this time in the gym hall. It was great one and many friends liked the hall. But unfortunately this year we came to know that it was collapsed due to some structural changes observed, I do not the exact reason but that room was the highlight of this place to me personally. I do see there are weekly activities happening at this place so it gets booked quite soon. Overall a definite place to consider if you are looking to organize a small get together or throw a party. I worked here for two years as a camp counselor. After working at Banner Day Camp where literally all high school/college students are taken advantage of and treated inhumanely, this was such a GREAT change of pace. I loved working for the park district and it was a great experience! I did both cycle and surf and Grove 5-6, and I loved them both! (PS I was a camper here and still have the most fond memories of being a camper. I’m even fb friends with my old counselors because they made such a huuuuge impact...

So the same old same...Wondering why some bike paths are plowed and others are not. It seems very dangerous not to have them plowed especially around the schools. Not sure why some are done and others are not. It's a shame to have these wonderful walk paths and not be able to use them. Why aren't the bike paths plowed???? Walking in the street is dangerous since drivers are always speeding. Can I sue the Village if I get hit by a car because the bike paths are...
