I ordered 6pack hair from the store online in October of 2022. When I got the hair I only open one pack, and realize that this hair is not the quality that I was looking for to use. So I went to the website and put in a claim to return the hair too Sam's beauty return location. I noticed after 2 months that I did not receive my refund for the hair I returned tback to them. So I initiated an email to let them know that the hair was returned, and why wasn't I receiving my refund? This company told me that in order to receive my refund I had to give them the tracking number to the return slip. Well after 2 months who's going to hold on to the receipt. I feel like this is bad business and somehow there was a mistake made on their part. I believe they did receive the hair, and I'm out of $54 because of this. I order from this company because they do have quick fast service on deliveres, and I will have to give them an A-plus for that! However I feel like they should have recheck their source, and made sure through all of their employees to check to find out about the hair and not just pushing my issue to the side or at least refund half my money. This was wrong and inconsiderate!!!
I've read quite a few of the reviews everyone is having the same problem with this company refunding money after we buy online, and send the product back that we don't want. It's like we're being punished for asking for a refund. I don't believe no one will take the time to order online pay you and then turn around to try and cheat you out of some money. That's very unethical and dishonest, no one is going to give you their personal financial information to try to steal something from you. People order online because it's a quick, easy, and convenient service to order online. Everyone on these reviews, who asked you for a refund has not seen their money and you claim that you didn't receive their returned packages which looks like punishment for returning your product. That's bad business and very unethical of you to not give us our money back!!!! This always happens when you shop in asian beauty supply stores...

I understand that since I didnāt place my order before 1 pm it will not be available for pick up. I called the next day at 4 pm. Which I believe to be ample time since they offer pick up on the same day. That was unbelievably wrong. I was on hold with customer service for over an hour although the operator claimed that my wait time was 5 mins ā¦.5 different times. After getting in contact with a human I was transferred to the store just to leave a voicemai. Which I did but no one called me back. So I decided to call back an hour later be because I knew the store will be closing soon. Surprisingly I was able to get in contact with the store clerk. After explaining that I placed my order last night she quickly explained to me that my order wasnāt ready. Which I found to be strange since they offer same day pick up. After mentioning this supposedly fact she put me on hold for over 20 minutes. When she returned back to the phone she said that my order wonāt be ready until Monday because of credit card fraud. After hearing this I let her know that the funds was already taken from my account and if there was credit card fraud I will be the fist to know and the funds would have not been released. She ignored my comment and said to check back Monday because the items probably wonāt be ready by then either. After hearing this I ask for a refund and was directed to customer service. The customer service is poor the lies are I caused for . This was a very bad learning experience that I donāt plan to experience ever again. For now on I will spend my money at local beauty supply stores when ever I go into the city. This was hands down the worst experience ever. I will just wait it out which sucks because I am only 15 mins away...

I ordered on August 5th, expected delivery at the latest by the 15th, it is now August 22nd I have not received anything! The last update for my package was August 6th! I contacted SamsBeauty thru customer service & proof that it HAS NOT been delivered and this is obviously too long of a wait, I need these for My business & have since had to buy different products SO CAN I HAVE A REFUND...
Instead of taking the time to TRACK THE LOST PACKAGE themselves since it's THEIR JOB, they send me on a goose chase to go thru USPS get a claim number then go back to them with the claim number and they will then investigate! Not even give my refund back but "investigate" ⢠IM SO DONE!
First of all: I'm not your customer service department ⢠that should be THEIR task Second of all: I run a business 24/7 I DO NOT have time to go back and forth about orders, again not my job Third of all: I already submitted my USPS proof which is that it hasn't been delivered!!
