It’s a public semi-natural place, but not really much of a park. It has benches with partial views of Lake Michigan, on top of the bluff. There are no restrooms and you have to take the stairs or the paved path down aways to get to the beach. The walls are filled with graffiti and just didn't give the right peaceful feel.
