The Grand Ranches Information Center — Attraction in Willis

We recently came to Texas with the goal of finding a piece of land to purchase. While the Estates at Texas Grand Ranch wasn't initially on our list, we happened to see the community as we arrived in the area. On a whim toward the end of our trip, we decided to swing by, and we are so glad we did!

We were fortunate to be assisted by David. From the moment we met him, he was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and, most importantly, completely pressure-free. He took the time to give us a thorough tour and was exceptionally knowledgeable about all the various land plots, their unique features, and the pros and cons of each.

David pointed us toward a specific plot that he believed would require minimal site preparation. His expertise was spot-on. After meeting with several builders to get quotes, every single one confirmed that the plot David recommended is indeed ideal and will save us significant time and money on the initial development phase.

We just closed on our property at The Estates of Texas Grand Ranch. After seeing the posts on Facebook and Instagram for months we decided to go out and put our boots on the ground and see if its all they were saying it is. It was and more. We were very impressed with the future plans for the community and how they are looking to keep the beauty of the forest. Bear spent hours with us driving us through the entire community looking at what seemed to be every lot until we came across the ONES that were exactly what we wanted!!!!!!!!! We could not ask for more with our future forever home site. It is going to be exciting to watch the development of the community over the coming years until we are ready to build. You’d have to see it to believe it! Grand, tall trees and beautiful scenery from front to back. It truly puts you in the country lifestyle without the country commute. We went out there on a referral and met with David Yokem who showed us multiple lots and we were so impressed with what we saw, we purchased same day. NOT our intention at all, but we couldn’t risk someone else coming in and taking our dream land!
