We went to BK tonight... my favorite fast food place typically... every single time we have gone to this location there has been an issue with the service and or the app... tonight we tell the guy the code so I can redeem reward points on a burger. After it was redeemed he messed up something on the computer it already took my 1000pts! But he asks me for the code again but I don't have it... and can't remember the last 2 numbers of the code... the manager gets involved and acts like she doesn't understand why it took my points instead of giving me points claiming the app doesn't do that... I had to speak very clearly to get her to understand I was using my points to get a reward and that takes points as the purchase... there was a lot of talking in circles before she said she could just ring it up as free and I could get my burger... she did get me my burger made properly the way I asked thankfully so that was corrected... but why put a Kid as a manager??? Especially someone who doesn't know how to work the app or properly correct an issue made by YET AGAIN another kid... he made the error on his computer and the manager could not correct the issue or problem solve until after going around in circles. I will never be eating at this specific BK again. I seriously advise getting some properly trained adults in there to run the place. Wanna hire kids? Great! Have an adult manager there to help them do their job and fix their mistakes. At the very least don't use the app at this location there has been an issue every time I've tried to use my app at this place... they don't know how it works to be...
   Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. We stopped here today to get food on our drive back home after visiting family. There were several patrons that had been waiting when we walked in. After ordering and waiting 20 minutes, it was clear the staff was overwhelmed and unorganized. The customer just before us waited 35 minutes before canceling his order. As we were waiting, a man and lady walked up to place an order. After waiting several minutes and noone even acknowledging them, the man asked if someone could assist him. The lady behind the counter said: “You’re going to have to wait. You see we are busy back here.” After saying something that I couldn’t hear, the lady yelled back, “You can just leave!” The man and wife left. 5 minutes later we walked up to cancel our order and she yelled at my husband then told an employee to lock the door so no-one else would come in to the store. I couldn’t believe the lack of professionalism that she showed. I hope the manager takes steps to ensure that this employee is trained on conflict management resolution and customer service. So, after 5 hours of driving we got back into the truck and had to find food elsewhere. We will never visit this...
   Read moreThis place, which shares restrooms with an adjacent convenience store/gas station, has the worst, unhealthy and filthiest restrooms I have seen. I stop somewhat frequently, every other month, to get a few things. Today, my wife used the restrooms and she it looks like it has not been cleaned in days. Toilet paper all over the floor and blood stains on the floors. This is health hazard and should be addressed at once!
She complained to the cashier of the convenience store and Burger King and both said to complain to the other. The Burger King cashier said they have them cleaned every morning and they, motioning toward the convenience store, saying then they mess them up. The convenience store clerk said they are Burger Kings responsibility. How convenient to blame the other while you have vile restrooms for customers.
Burger King/owner manager, have these cleaned!! This is a health hazard. I am reporting to the Walker County...
