Willo Plaza — Attraction in Willoughby

So I shop here weekly ( we are remodeling on entire home) and while I love the store and the products I would like to know what's up with the dogs? My last 3 visits had at least one person walking the Isles with a large dog and no they did not have a therapy vest or anything else on. My questions are why are people bringing their dogs in to the store? Why is Lowe's allowing this? Who is going to clean up after theses animal if they do their business in the store? Are you Lowe's going to be responsible when one of these dogs bites or attacks one of your customers? Are you Lowe's going to be responsible when one of your customers slips and falls in the urine or poop they have put on your floor. Curbside pickup? Pickup in store? Order online and pickup at store... These all mean you will spend lots of time waiting... Ordered 2 pieces of counter top, called ahead to be sure they were ready, got to the store, no one can find them... 45 minutes later, someone had brought them up, and left them around the corner from the customer service counter.
