Dear, Frog pond farm My husband And I cannot thank you enough for the wonderful gift you gave us yesterday... yesterday my husband and I went on a last min trip to the beach for Xmas to help us heal from loosing our dog not so long ago. Being at home for Xmas without her was unbearable for us so we just got in the car and went. Because it was so last Minute we didn’t have a tree. Christmas trees are my fav during Xmas and I’ve never purchased one last min we drove around and couldn’t find any trees... I called frog pond hopeful they could help and Justin answered the phone , he said they were closed and gave me some recommendations. I called around and nothing I was almost in tears giving up when Justin called me back. He told me there was a 6-7 foot tree wreath and table center pieces for us for free sitting outside .... I couldn’t believe it I insisted to pay and he said no merry Christmas no one should be without a tree... we went to pick up the tree and it is beautiful!!!!!!! I feel so so lucky grateful and just speechless. I can’t thank you guys enough for what you did for us... it might just be a tree to some but for us it’s the center of Christmas where people gather and it’s such a beautiful tree. Thank you Justin and staff we will be forever grateful you just gained some happy customers. We will tell all!!!

We had the best 2018 experience than I could have expected! They have a beautiful experience that encapsulated nature with convience. From the moment of arrival I squeeled with delight over the amenities. From the warm welcoming fire pit to the clean pathways, to the high quality gift shop and hand made artistic ornaments. Wreaths that put holly and pine cones in nature to shame..and hand made crafts that force Awwwe at each glimpse. As if that wasn’t enough the intimate exposure to nature was a unexpected treasure. The ability to interact and feed the animals reminds you to stop and appreciate the important things in life. We were blessed to witness new life that came in just hours before our arrival, which demonstrates just how special it is. They had me at Camel. She is a beautiful majestic creature that allows us to witness her beauty while taking ridiculous pictures with her as the back drop but while still maintaining her Jackie O class.

Let’s not forget our purpose... the beautiful well price Tree that will act as a centerpiece for our most important events.,, the party and Christmas morning.

The owner/manger of the farm, Justin, has very a poor knowledge of large animal handling and endangered my toddler and 9 week old sons today. Let me give you more details. We entered the farm and my two year old son was walking about two feet away from me while I was carrying my 9 week old son in his carrier. We were watching the lamas and several other small children and their parents were around too. All of the sudden Justin released and spooked an adult lama to move it from one pen to another without any warning. The lama took off full speed and ran in between my toddler and me missing my toddler by a few inches. The lama could have easily stomped or caused life threatening injury to a toddler or even a adult while in flight mode. Anyone who has ever worked with large animals knows they can be unpredictable and can easily cause serious harm when spooked. I’m disappointed that Justin made such a poor decision to move a lama with zero consideration for the visitors and their children. This could have ended really bad and it’s a clear case of foreseeable harm. A few minutes later he came to me and apologized. I still have to share my experience since it is a safety issue, and I hope something like this will never happen again since a child could have been seriously...
