Very rocky terrain so you really have to have good footing/balance. Probably just bad time of year, but the bugs were so awful in late August. Don't go when its humid! It was a struggle to keep the gnats out of our mouths and eyes. It was a good moderate trail with lots of shade and some steep parts but not too difficult except...
