Kids Park Playground — Attraction in Winslow Township

This new playground had a lot of promise, but it's already going downhill fast. It's constantly filled with rowdy teenagers, smoking weed, yelling, swearing, even throwing around the N-word like it's nothing. It's loud, obnoxious, and honestly feels unsafe for families or anyone just trying to enjoy the space. On top of that, the park equipment is already falling apart, squeaky swings, bolts coming loose, gates not closing properly. For something that's supposed to be brand new, it looks like it's been neglected for years. Maybe this is just the price we have to pay for having amenities right across the street from inexpensive apartments, but it sure feels like the rest of us are getting the short end of the stick. It's a real shame that every newly built or renovated playground has the rubber flooring that gives off toxic fumes and is known to cause cancer and other health issues. Otherwise beautiful playgrounds that would be great for kids are health hazards. This one is no exception. It is a fantastic playground with something for all ages and abilities. It's accessible. But it has the rubber flooring that you can smell strongly. It is headache-inducing. There must be a better solution...

Nice park. Lots to climb. Sensory area with 6 or 7 stations. Not a lot of space between big kids and little. Lots of shade over seating...
