I love bringing my 4 kids to New Brooklyn Park — it’s become one of our favorite spots. The playground has plenty of space and equipment to keep all of them busy, from the little ones to the older kids. The park feels safe and welcoming, and it’s always clean and well-kept.

We’ve had picnics here, played ball, and just spent time enjoying the open space together. The restrooms are convenient, and I appreciate how dog-friendly the park is — it really feels like a community spot where everyone can come together.

If you’re looking for a family-friendly park in Brooklyn, this is definitely the place. My kids always leave happy and asking...

Had a great time. Parking was easy. Was very clean and taken care of. 2 playground areas the one for smaller kids has swings and also is fenced in. Was nice that they had plenty of shade on summer day. Equipment was clean and there were benches to sit on. The basketball courts had 2 balls there, people must have left, so was able to play. Numerous port a potty were all very clean. There is nice walking path and trash cans and bags for doggy clean up. Every person visiting was friendly and courteous. There was twp worker there who was professional and drove safely around, Waved to say hello....

This is a really nice place to go for a walk, run or just bike the asphalt trail. I'm more of an avid walker who enjoys this long, sprawling path that covers the perimeter of New Brooklyn County Park. It's a pleasant and leisurely walk where you can view the sights offered by this trail along the way which includes two playgrounds. At times, my dog will accompany me as he likes to get out of the house and stretch his legs. The park has many spots where you can observe the water while standing on a wooden platform. Peaceful and quiet area for some me time if you...

I wanted see something new while walking the dog. The exterior of the park is well kept. There is a lot of underbrush on some of the back trails. Some areas are marsh. I came home with some ticks on me and the dog. Shake your clothes out and brush your dog. Since it was new for us we enjoyed it. Be careful.

County park that use to be a small ball golf course back in the day. Walking/biking paths, childrens play area, picnic areas, covered gazebo area, inline hockey rink, 18 hole disc golf course, half asphalt basketball court, fishing dock and nature area.
