Loos Center for the Arts — Attraction in Woodstock

Typical theater set up. The floor is sloped, so each successive row behind is slightly higher. Unobstructed view is still a problem if you are short and the person in front of is not. Acoustic are good. They have a marquee that displays the words being spoken. The play I saw was in Italian, so I am not sure if the marquee is used at all plays. There is a concession stand that offers both non-alcoholic as well as alcoholic drinks and chips. Bathrooms on premise just outside theater entrance doors. There is handicap parking. Wonderful evening at the Center enjoying Tusk! The concert was terrific. The Venue is beautiful and the workers were friendly and helpful. My only recommendation would be to provide better lighting as you approach the main entrance. The stairs, reflection pool and circling pathways were quite dark and some might have difficulty negotiating this approach. However, when I mentioned this to the gentlemen at the front door they immediately took action to prevent a mishap. I attended the Eaglemania concert with my husband and my sister and her boyfriend. We all agreed that this was one of the best concerts we have ever been to! This tribute band was right on track and made us feel like we were listening to the original Eagles Band! Their professionalism and their superior talent as musicians was awesome. The main character in the show, Constantine, was an unexpected pleasure. What a talented show-man he is! Made the show! Can’t wait to see this band again!
