AR Workshop Newtown — Attraction in Wrightstown Township

I've been to a few other workshop locations, so comparing to other services offered, I was disappointed at this location. First, nobody ever picks up the phone and you're not able to leave a voicemail for some reason. So, I text the number that was left and someone responds back to me after the workshop that I booked. Not helpful. However, at the workshop, we had a few projects booked. One of the projects was a box. At other locations, you would make your box from scratch, drilling in and putting the sides yourself. At this location, the box was given pre-made (not fun when you're paying for the experience.) Second, the instructors forgot to give us the handles for the box. It is not our job to remember what we need for the projects. Other locations have given us handles for our boxes. Additionally, the instructions for the projects were barely clear. They were given quickly and not thoroughly. For someone who is coming here for the first time, you want your experience to be thoughtfully given and explained. Awesome service! I came here with a bachelorette group a few weeks ago. We had the place to ourselves and the staff was excellent. The project that was at my setting when I first got there was not the one I had originally picked, it turns out the project I picked was not anywhere to be found in their database. Alex, one of the girls working that day, did everything in her power to make sure I got the design I wanted. Since she could not find it in the database she found the picture on Pinterest and then created her own version of the stencil and asked my opinion prior to printing the stencil. I had the BEST time celebrating my 30th birthday at AR Workshop Newtown! From the moment I walked in and met Erica, I knew it was going to be a special day. The staff were amazing - friendly, professional, welcoming, and so helpful. Special shout out to Megan!
