My cousins and I attended this theater to watch the boring movie Julia. Then a petty stuck up brunette walked up to us since we were the darkest in the booth. She was speaking in a condescending tone and muttered something under her breath towards us after asking us to clean up the mess that was already there prior to us entering. She asked us to see our tickets and when we presented them to her she requested we leave the premises. She watched and made sure we completely left the property and overall treated us like complete mutts. Would not recommend coming to this cinema for any reason especially with their overpriced items. Just for context as well we all had on VLONE and True Religion.

Probably the least comfortable and dirtiest theater seats I’ve ever sat in. I’m sure they have never been washed and they are so old that the padding is completely flat, so you’re literally just sitting on hard wood. Also, the screens, projectors and sound systems are super out dated. Watch your movies at home or drive to Richland if you can.

I had heard you could show up to your local movie theater and ask to just buy popcorn. Today, I tested the theory! It's a yes, fantastic movie popcorn while watching All-Star baseball in East Valley. If you're craving, Yakima Cinema has got you!!

your food policy is kinda ridiculous. I took my family to see jerassic park on Monday. so my two children and my wife and I. we got our food before the we sat down like most people do. my daughter loves pretzels and normally they never have one for her. finally they did that day. so we pay and I have my daughter carry her food to go sit down. we get in and she tells me her pretzel is hard. I grabbed it and it was dry and was over done. I figured no problem I'll go put there get her a different one. so I flagged you Manger (jesse) he came up to me I explained the situation and he said the ones on the rack went not ready. I told him ok long until the would be. he's said 15 min or so. but there was no refunds or exchange or food or drink. there was only a tiny bit from the pretzel missing. I said I didn't understand we just bought it he felt that it was o er done. but there was nothing that could be done. he was apologetic and h it was the company policy. about the food not being and to be exchanged. I said the situation again and asked if there was anying that could be done. he said no. I would have to purchase another pretzel if I wanted to replace the edible one. I was stunned and upset.

Now I kinda went beyond reason and called the owner Steve Mercy. and he never responded but to that defense I didn't text and Saud disregard because I should have not called him for that reason.

but what gets me the most is that no where are the food policies stated for the customer. and if we purchase an item and it is not edible that it's the customer that is at fault and will be held accountable.

I had been coming here for a long time. and I come fairly often. this made me feel very unappreciated as a customer. I had been to the theater 3 times last week alone. and I am not sure if I am going to he returning. but I hope something happens to try to fix thus ti help me want to continue to do...

Unquestionably the ideal choice for those seeking variety, moderately short lines, decent millennial based quality of service at a speed that won't frustrate the averagely patienced individual, with a foreplay-enabling capacity excluding weekends and midnight premiers, as even the most modest cinemaphiliac should expect. Offering, if I recall correctly, eight separate theatres with a pluthera of new releases as well as classics for a fair fare, in terms of stickup movie theatre rates, respectively. Expect a full house, wrapped-around-three-corners-waitline experience for midnight premiers or conversely nearly empty home theatre style accommodation should you visit early morning on a weekday, subject to release dates and popularity of desired films. A sure fire choice for all ages interested in a small-town, quality cinematic presentation without available alcoholic beverages, tavernesque food, or top quality furninishings (See Orion Cinema, but expect to pay a pretty penny, arguably worth the added cost). Various deals, discounts, and special events regularly provided in accordance with most all stand-up establishments garnishing recommendation, generous parking, clean facilities, and security patrolling...

I've been to all three theaters many times over the years, I don't know the managers well but I see how the employees interact, there is one particular manager at Yakima cinema his name is Scott the kids that work at every theater that he has managed seem happy they're very Pleasant always smiling, the bathrooms are "always" clean and the employees seem to love working for Scott. there was another manager his name was Jason and the employees working for him unfortunately were the exact opposite, although now there's a little girl that took over for Jason that is the sweetest little girl, she's always looking to help the older folks answer any question with a smile and the kids working for Holly seem to love her also, her parents have done a great job they should be proud. the two theaters that I frequent the most seem to be running like a well-oiled machine, now I understand Scott is retiring soon so I would like to wish this gentleman that has a very kind and Compassionate Heart all the best. Good luck in your...
