Mountain Racing — Attraction in Yauco

Beware: I called to make reservations for 3 people. They provided a price point based on 2, 3, and 4 people. I confirmed and provided the information they requested. We arrived and the lady who took care of us claimed they didn't have the reservations but then found it on her phone and lied to me about the details as I saw the details on her phone. Strike 1. She then proceeded by telling us that the prices changed based on the type of atv they had available, making the cost 3xs more than what was offered and confirmed. The attitude given was not professional and she said "take it or Leave it" so we left.

No integrity, not professional, not worth the drive there. They offer 30 minute non-adventurous rides, but I heard people say it was more like a 15-20 minute ride with a snack time of 10...

La única razón que no le di 5 estrellas porque tour no es 30 minutos corriendo ATV solo son 15 min y los otros 15 minutos se utilizan para comer pinchos. Eso es algo que deben de explicar que como tal so 15 nada más de Atv. Una sugerencia que pueden hacer es dar los 30 minutos de corrida de atv. entonces a la salida donde dar los pinchos y soda.

El servicio de los empleados muy amables y explicaron todo bien. Es un concepto bien Bueno que tiene pero deben honrar el tiempo completo así tienen más clientes satisfechos y saben que podrían volver como mi caso que viene de Estados Unidos pero ya por ser menos tiempo que el vendido no lo recomendaría.
