It was a great place. The rooms are a little bit small. And bathroom need some little details, like soap dish and towels handle. But is clean with a comfortable bed, a good tv screen and direct TV service. The price for room service it was great, superb. The all inclusive service have great "a la carte" meals. The chef and he's staff do a great job at the Jugueteria restaurant. The can can pork chop is one of the best I taste in the island, also the Fiona's chicken breast stuffed with mofongo it's a most have, also try the pasta penne with churrasco, and add as a companion the sauteed potatoes. At the bars, (at the Mojito bar the music is too loud, work on that) the all inclusive selection don't include top brands of liquors, but the selection is not bad, and all are quality locals brands and you can enjoy what ever drink you want (need to work with a local beer as an sponsor, because 30 minutes of free beer is not enough) . They also have "a la carte" drinks of the house and it's great. Try the "John & Jack", if you want something very tropical try the "passion at the beach", also the Mango Mojito is a most! Taking about the service it was the best part, always a smile, always the good morning, and very professional. The bartenders always make what ever you want with a smile...and the waiters also have a lot of attentions. The hotel have many amenities for the families, specially for the kids. The guy that play with kids at the pool, it's a great entertainer, a professional artist, not only the kids enjoy the show, he takes smiles from the adults also. Everyday the hotel offers a variety of live entertainment at the infinity pool, The Mojito Bar and the discotheque, and many areas for the kids, included a seating cinema (cine piso) ||In conclusion if you are looking for a Windham, Hilton or a Hampton inn that's not the place for you. But if you are looking for a fun and quiet place to relax and enjoy great food and great drinks at one price, stay at Vista Verde Hotel in Yauco. I'm planning to be back, because you have it all in one place.||Trip...

Read moreThis was my anniversary weekend stay. The establishment offers a magnificent view. The front desk personnel demonstrated utmost professionalism and provided comprehensive information. The room assigned to us was cozy and featured a small balcony with a compact refrigerator. It was evident that renovations were underway, as certain bathroom amenities, such as a towel rack, were absent. The culinary offerings at the restaurant were satisfactory, and open for improvement. With a diverse selection of local and finger foods catering to various preferences. The service was exceptional, characterized by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The entertainment provided by Mr. Guillo was particularly noteworthy, as he skillfully engaged the audience and created a lively atmosphere. The music selection spanned multiple generations, ensuring enjoyment for all. This all-inclusive resort is fantastic for us local residents and represents a valuable addition to our hometown. It would be beneficial to have more such establishments in Puerto Rico. If you're looking for luxury Ritz Carlton this is not the...
