We're new to the area and thought we would stop in and have a steak or prime rib for dinner on Friday evening. I assumed since this is in a farming and ranching community that they would reflect that in their offerings. Major misconception! We ordered the 16 ounce prime rib, salad and soup. When our meal was served it all came at once, instead of the salad and soup before the entree. When I noted this to our server, she replied that she hated it when the cook did that to her.( I think the cook did that to us, the customers). The 16 oz. Prime rib was cut more like a ham steak and then warmed on Thier flat grill, so it was basically fried. I had never eaten dry prime rib before, didn't even know it existed.....it does here! Needless to say, the soup got cold, not that it was ever very hot and the vegetable medley was tasteless. I wanted to walk out but my wife hadn't eaten all day and opted to chew and chew and chew hers down. When paying the check, we were asked how the food was by our server and I replied it was the worst meal I had ever been served and that I spent many years in the military. She asked if I would like to speak to the manager, ( who was in earshot of the whole conversation making it a point not to make eye contact). I asked rather loudly, " do you think it would make any difference"? The manager never looked up and our server just looked away. As a side note I noticed another customer who was known by name, had a very nice looking cut of prime rib that wasn't fried and about 3 times the size of ours. Draw your own conclusions here, but I will never stop in again and I suggest you...
Read moreThey really upped their game. I'm going here again now after I stopped for a while. Options for Freeplay again and slots have gotten much better at giving you some play. Restaurant was awesome, good service, better food. Not disappointed
EDIT. Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Tight slots already, then to add insult to injury, they false advertise. Their promotion states if you earn 300 points, you get guaranteed Freeplay. Well, no. No, you don't. You have to spend at the minimum 100-200+ dollars to accumulate 300 points, and I have, many times done this and got nothing but "free desert" and nothing else. The reality is, that this place is going under. It's so bad, there is hardly anyone in there anymore because of their deceptive ways. Don't go here. Just don't. They lie and they cheat. Don't worry though, they'll close soon I'm sure. When you think about how they keep their power on and all the bills, with no one coming in spending money, it's no wonder they're 60% under. Oops, did I say...
Read moreIt breaks my heart to leave this review. I have lived in the area for 25 years, and have enjoyed coming here. The breakfast that I had, this morning, was by far the worst I have ever experienced. My pancakes were rubbery, and my bacon was under cooked. My "scrambled eggs" were ice cold and did NOT even taste like eggs. I couldn't eat the bacon, or the eggs. Because I was quite hungry, I did manage to eat my pancakes, though they were not good. The service was slow, but pleasant. I am going to have to find a new place to frequent! It's a bitter pill to swallow, and all for a whopping $32 for two breakfasts. ...
