Nice quiet, clean park. The trails are paved and pretty smooth, very accessible, even the fishing pier has a ramp on one end and stairs on the other. There are benches, picnic tables (some have wheelchair spots) and some grills, and one pavillion with power, and bathrooms (but they were closed for the season, so I couldn't check them out). There is a canoe launch area (small boats you can carry, not a boat launch where you can drive a trailer into the water.) There are educational signs all along the trails. Even though it was a nice sunny Sunday, it was really quiet, but the parking lot seems big enough to accommodate quite a lot of cars. I will definitely come here again, would be a lovely place to come for...

Another cool part about this park is that there's a bridge sort of thing so you could farther out to the water. Sorta like a dock, but not. This place also has really good bathrooms. One really weird thing about this park though it there's a path that leads to basically nowhere. It say 'prairie' on the sign-map at the park, but it's basically nothing. Not recommended to go...

Last night at around 7:20 pm a grey explorer literally passed me as I was getting ready to put my things in my car. Literally only had some rods and my backpack with me. When I got to the gate, to my surprise, I was locked inside the park. I am not mad about the fact that I was locked, but furious that I was locked inside the park...
