I placed an order on 4-4-25 at 4:30pm. I ordered 5wings.and extra large shrimp with fries. The person taking the order was nice and I was feeling really confident my food was going to be good.. NOT!! THOSE WINGS WERE SO HARD. THEY LOOKED AS IF THEY'D BEEN RE-FRIED. WHEN I SAY HARD, THEY WERE HARD AND DRY. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. TO EACH HIS OWN.. SOME PEOPLE MAY LIKE REFRIED, OLD WINGS, BUT I WASN'T EXPECTING THAT AT ALL. I DO NOT BELIEVE IN RETURNING FOOD BECAUSE FOOD TAMPERING IS REAL. I TRULY HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON. I ALREADY KNOW THAT MY FEW DOLLARS ARE NOT WHAT'S KEEPING THEM IN BUSINESS AND I CAN PATRONIZE ELSEWHERE. MY SUGGESTION, IS TO ASK THEM TO MOT OVERCOOK YOUR WINGS AND ASK IF THEY CAN DROP FRESH ONES. My husband myself and son order a catfish dinner a perch dinner and a chicken dinner they messed up the order I got perch not what I ordered which tasted like it was frozen and they fried it the fish has no taste at all my husband ordered perch in his box he only got 3 pieces and his fish tasted the same way lucky our son's was right However when we tried to get the order fix the lady at the register suggested it was our mixs up how?
