Unfortunately, my experience at this establishment was less than satisfactory and I would not recommend it to anyone.
First and foremost, the workers at Inca Lanes are always under the influence. This not only makes for an unprofessional and unpleasant atmosphere, but it's also a major safety concern for customers. I was shocked to see employees stumbling around and slurring their words while trying to do their jobs. It's unacceptable for any business to operate in this manner.
The overpricing of everything, especially the food, was also a major issue for me. I understand that businesses need to make a profit, but the prices at Inca Lanes were outrageous. The food was subpar at best, and I felt like I was being taken advantage of with each item I purchased. It's disappointing to see a business prioritize profit over customer satisfaction.
In addition to these issues, the staff and customer experience at Inca Lanes were some of the worst I've ever encountered. The staff seemed to have no interest in providing good service or addressing customer concerns. I felt like I was being ignored or dismissed whenever I tried to ask for assistance or voice my complaints.
The bathrooms were also in a disgusting state. It was clear that they had not been cleaned or maintained in a long time. This is not only unsanitary, but it's also a major health hazard for customers. I was disgusted to see the state of the bathrooms, and it made me question the overall cleanliness and safety of the establishment.
Overall, I am ashamed that Inca Lanes is open and that parents trust their children there. It's clear that this establishment is not prioritizing the safety, comfort, or satisfaction of their customers. I urge anyone considering a visit to Inca Lanes to think twice before giving them any business. There are many other, better options for bowling and entertainment...
Read moreIt was a good place for a social event. They kept shoes clean, but should also spray into the shoes rather than on top lol. The food an drinks were fast and delicious. The bar was a nice, clean space with plenty of seating an tv's for different reasons to stay. No darts but plenty of bowling fun. Good range of different weighted balls for all ages. The light set up was visually pleasing but light enough to keep tabs on teens in game area. Plenty of parking spots, however my only complaint was not all the gamea in the arcade worked, limiting kids fun options. I didn't like how the kids arcade area was right next to the front doors, making it easy for dangerous situations if you don't watch your kids close. Also in the bar area, I've witnessed a toddler get drunk being in a bar sipping from his mom's drinks unsupervised smh kids don't belong in the bar!! I felt uncomfortable drinking around kids in a bar. They are separated for a reason smh please fix that issue before I spend more money here!🙌 Other than that its a fun social place...
Read moreWorst experience at a bowling alley. I thought it would be nice to go bowling with my family tonight. Checked the hours of operation for Inca Lanes on Google and it showed they close at 10 pm. We arrived at 8 pm to a VERY rude employee telling us with a snotty attitude that they were closed. We told him the hours of operations were listed online as 11-10pm and he said that we were wrong and it was Google's fault for listing their hours of operation wrong. Umm what?? He was like "Read the sign, it says we're closed." There's not even a closed sign anywhere on the door. Anyway, never returning back there. Don't need terrible rude customer service. You lost yourself good paying customers. It's not hard to provide good customer service, especially when the customer...
