Starbucks — Restaurant in Yuma

We were on a roadtrip and decided to stop by for a refresher and black tea lemonade to this location due its convenience. We ordered online so that we didn't waste any time 😭... As we waited for our drinks there were 3 other customers that order at the front counter. Mind you we had placed our order waaaaay before we arrived to the location. They were given their drinks before us. We didn't make a big deal about it, but my fiancee wanted to use the restroom and asked the girl at the front counter about the passcode, she was extremely rude and giving us attitude. We told her we had purchased via the app. As I was waiting for him to come back I was trying to get the attention of one of the 6 people behind the counter and no one acknowledged me. After the long wait our drinks were made, and they were made wrong. We just left, we didnt want to waste more time waiting on a "manager" this location needs better training. Never have I ever been treated this way at a Starbucks. I understand they are busy but where was the customer service and I thought the app was made for efficiency and quickness. Smh. Very...

I go through the drive thru almost every morning and I’m not one to be rude as I work in customer service myself but a few days ago one of the Starbucks workers crossed the line, I’m disgusted by the people who run the place, worker named Darlene or Darrien was called to deal with my messed up drink, I asked for my drink to be remade in the nicest way possible I don’t know if she was just racist or on a power trip but she continuously made weird facial expressions towards me, I didn’t think anything of it or nor was I gonna make it a big deal until I received my drink and headed towards the door and I heard her say the most racist comment under her breath. Have not been here in a while but i remember last time i was it was awesome. I was in my boyfriends truck and I wanted some starbucks.. I LOVE starbucks lol. I had my baby bella with me.. She is blue nose pit .. And was just a Lil puppy at the time.. Well the line in the drive through was long but it does move pretty quick.. Either way its worth it lol.. I ordered my usual vente mocha cookie crumble frappe .. And when I got to the window to get my drink and pay they offered my bella a puppy frappe.. Totally free.. I was like what?? Of course!!
