You never know what you're gonna get in Vietnam but this place is a pleasant surprise. One of the best beaches I've been to in Vietnam. Pristine with good facilities. The water is crystal clear turquoise. The sand is white and the waves are stunning. The staff take great care of making sure the beach is free from plastic. This is one of the least polluted beaches I've been to in Vietnam. It can only be reached via boat or the shuttle from inside the park. No nosy traders/ people that bother you. The beach doesn't smell of gas from boats like many other beaches. The Entrance fee at the gate is 120k VND and 40K for a shuttle to the beach (July 2023). From the gate we drove about 3km to the point where the shuttle transfers you to the beach. Along the way there is a beautiful view of the fishing village. The wind is quite strong at the top so be careful with your hat. The shuttle to and from the beach is comfortable. The facilities at the beach are plentiful. There are many beach chairs and canopies that you can rent @ 300k for the day. Beer goes for 25-30k, some finger snacks for 25k. The restaurant caters for tour groups, but there is a seafood restaurant in the resort right on the beach. The bathroom is really clean and they have many places to shower off sand. I would recommend coming here in the afternoon when the tour groups are less or during weekdays. The sun is hot so remember sunscreen. The wind picks up more in the afternoon so there can be some sandblasting. Here you can go for a walk along the cliff with beautiful views of the clear water down below. There are many cool spots for taking photographs. Swimming and playing in the waves here was the best part of the day. The ocean here is so stunning, just a little paradise. Note: Little kids might find this beach scary as the waves can get big and the wind...

Now I am back in Australia I can write a review so that fellow international tourists do not pay ridiculous prices to enter this polluted, stinking, dangerous hell hole that was once a pristine environment. Last time I wrote a negative review when I was living in Vietnam, I was visited by 3 Provincial Police after 9pm at night with the drunk duty manager of the FLC Sea Tower Resort in Quy Nhon. My facebook was subsequently hacked and destroyed - and we know who did it!

*I strongly suggest you ALL READ the other ONE STAR reviews of this place as the majority of 5 star reviews here are fake! *

This is a place taken over by greedy corrupt businessmen and government officials, raking in the money and ensuring that only heavily photoshopped nonsense makes it on to the internet. Do not go here. Do not support these scumbags who are ruining every previously gorgeous, untouched area of Vietnam. The old, unregistered, uninsured and oily, smelly jet-skis pollute the water. The parasailing operation has life jackets that look like they've been sewn together by someone's blind grandmother. The parachutes are soaked in sea water and left on the beach to rot, with no safety certifications on them! The parasailing tow rope has been bought from a corner store with rusted attachments. Someone is going to be killed by these idiots, but they do not care, because they are a protected species - mafia, local business people, police and...

Kỳ Co Beach, located near Nhơn Lý in Quy Nhơn, is often called the “Maldives of Vietnam” for its crystal-clear turquoise waters and powdery white sand. Nestled between rugged mountains and the sea, the beach feels like a hidden paradise, offering both dramatic scenery and tranquil beauty.

For photographers, Kỳ Co is a dream destination. The contrast between the emerald sea, golden sand, and rocky cliffs creates striking compositions. Aerial shots with a drone capture the full curve of the shoreline, while sunrise and sunset provide soft, golden light that enhances the natural colors. The shallow waters near the shore are incredibly clear, perfect for capturing reflections and underwater scenes.

Beyond its beauty, Kỳ Co offers opportunities for snorkeling, swimming, and exploring nearby coves, adding variety to both travel experiences and photo stories. Local seafood stalls near the beach provide a cultural touch, where visitors can enjoy freshly prepared dishes against the backdrop of the ocean.

Kỳ Co Beach is more than just a seaside escape—it is a destination where unspoiled nature meets vibrant coastal life. For travelers and photographers, it remains one of the most captivating beaches in...
