As others have noted, it’s very expensive to come here as a family. We came as a family of 4 and paid K800 just to get in! Once inside, each activity inside is K100 or K200 each! The kids did 4 rides and we joined them for one ride! In total for all the rides we paid K1,200! Just imagine paying that amount of money for a mere theme park, which is also very far away from Lusaka; deep in Chongwe area the petrol you burn getting there!

The Ferris wheel had been announced as open on their Facebook page but we got there and it was broken down! The place looks desolate and dead, workers looked disinterested and bored, very measly crowd walking around! Food courts not even open! Just sad looking overall!

I’ve been to many theme parks around the world; Gold Reef city in Joburg, Disneyland in Florida, Disneyworld in Hong Kong and I’ve never paid ridiculous prices for simple rides! At these theme parks you get an amazing experience for the price; the Disney characters Mickey Mouse etc even come out and meet you for photos etc! You pay one price at the gate and enjoy everything! Ku happyland awe just bored workers! This place is ridiculous!

The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is the kids enjoyed themselves and had fun but otherwise very disappointing especially for the...

Located on Great East Road just around the Silverest area, Happy Land is a great sized theme park with a decent array of activities. Entry is K200 from 9am to 4pm save for kids under 2years old that do not pay, the rate is K100 between 16:00hr and 22:00hr which is great for older visitors or larger groups. The K200 merely gives you access to the grounds and all other activities will have to be paid for and aside from the arcade the cheapest ride costs K100. Outside food is allowed and there is plenty seating that can be utilised, there is currently no full fledged restaurant on the grounds. The walkways are great and grounds are well kempt, they also have a little canal running along one side of the property, good for walks or cycling. I highly suggest you drive in, there is a little distance to cover to get to the parking area and activities. The arcade has a number of coin operated games which I would say are more budget friendly if you have little kids as you can stretch your funds more there. The play area is charged at K200 per child for the whole day, this has a slide, trampoline and a few other play areas. Carry cash and look around before you settle on rides to take, the booth at the edge of the parking area shows which rides are...

As the name itself states it🤣 Happy land was great! I had a great time with my friends. The place is massive, we didn't get to go around all of it (had we arrived earlier, maybe we would have 😆 lol) . There are a lot of games to try, so many different things to do, a number of rides to get on too. Unfortunately, the restaurants there are closed down, so you need to carry your own food and drinks. (They do have water and drinks though) . Make sure you try the bumper cars and ferris wheel ride (I enjoyed these the most). Oh, they also have a zoo (check it out when you're there!). They also offer space for those looking to do picnics, birthday parties or any sort of celebratory gatherings. All you have to do is pay an entry fee, then you're good to go, pick a spot and have fun. I will definitely be going back there because there are some rides I'd like to try that I didn't get to. P.S CARRY...
