Munda Wanga is a nice relaxing day trip just about 15 km south of downtown Lusaka. They have ornamental gardens and a wildlife rehabilitation area. Funding is a problem for Munda Wanga despite being managed by the Zambian government and at times the facilities appear quite run down and neglected. It is a bit of a diamond in the rough situation but if one is in Lusaka and has a free day at hand, it is a decent tourist...
