The Zambezi Explorer was operated alternately by Captains Yolanda & B, who also served as spotters for wild life such as crocs, hippos, zebras, elephants, etc. We were allowed to sail on Zambian territory as long as the boat didn’t stop.
It’s the biggest vessel on the Zambezi River that were entertaining visitors with a relaxing, serene sunset cruise.
Their eclectic group or couple seatings are comfortable. Their wash rooms were clean and presentable.
We opted for vodka tonic then a juice drink. I believe other guests had as many drinks as they requested. Their hors d’oeuvres - potato chips, chicken satay with rolls, sliders with mini quiches - were filling.
Their spoke-person, Ms. Luba, asked everyone if we had food allergy.
