We went on the sunset cruise down the Zambezi. The scenic views were amazing. The cruise came with unlimited drinks including soda water beer wine and spirits. Service was good. There are two seating floors and you will find out your assigned deck upon entering the boat.
The ticket also came with an appetizer which consisted of cold and soggy cheese sticks. After the appetizer we were served cold dry chicken on a stick and a mini chicken sandwich with lettuce and sause. For dessert we got a stale brownie.
For the cost of the ticket ($54 pp) you can’t expect much out of the food department. However the company did take it upon themselves to serve food as such they should serve edible food.
Seats were plastic yard chairs with a table. There were 4 chairs to each table. You best hope your shuttle gets there first and you don’t end up with an outside seat as others were not keen on moving to ensure each party had at least one person facing the water.
The views were great and drinks were flowing as such overall...

The Cruise Captain Collen welcomed us and what we thought was bus drive in the water turned out to one of the most amazing moments in my life. Not sure if we were going up or down, yet the breeze and the synthesis of subtitles of where we are and the animals around was just a marvel.
Wild animals got out of the water to say hello to us. Hippos and Crocs ... For a moment it felt like heaven.
Refreshments were just the cherry on top let me confidently say. You haven't been to the falls unless you've been down the...
Read moreThe cruise was nice. We went on the small Ra-Ikane boat and enjoyed not having to fight for the view like on the larger boats. The driver and bartender were both wonderful and knowledgeable. The snacks provided were delicious and the selection of drinks was adequate. We saw lots and lots of animals, especially elephants and hippos! It would have been a 5 star experience except that I absolutely hated the chairs. You're sunk down so low in the boat you can't see anything if you're seated. It was hard to get the whole view, look for animals, and stay connected with the rest of my group. I get that the chairs are trying to stay in the style of the boat, but they really took away from...
