Hotel Le Lido — Hotel in Al Muhammadiyya

I booked this hotel via application and when I came to the hotel, they rejected us because of no confirmation from the application Trip.com (they said agent). So, I went to other hotel and payed that hotel with cash and additional cost of taxi to go there.
