I had a very disappointing experience at Wood Chicken in City Center Mall, Algiers, Mohammedia. The service was extremely slow, and the whole place felt unorganized. Upon entering, there was no clear menu or signage, and no one to guide you on how to place an order or where to go. All the staff were behind the counter, so you’re left to figure out on your own that orders must be made at the desk.

To make matters worse, the person at the counter was unhelpful and unfriendly, barely answering questions about the menu and responding very slowly. It made the experience feel unwelcoming and frustrating. After finally placing the order, we had to wait over 40 minutes for it to be prepared. On top of that, no one brought the food to the table or informed us that it was ready. Instead, we had to stand near the counter and wait, or risk not knowing when the food was done.

My opinion maybe different from others one because for the quality of the food 🍱 nothing to say it was delicious and for the price that i paid it was up to my expectations (tasty and very consistent) but for the quality of service we feel that they couldn’t handle too many people at the same time (20 minutes to get your command).
