Very impressive! I would say I underestimated the hotel when I first called in to book a night. First impression: front desk agents were so professional, they let us feel comfortable as if we were in our house. The dining room was clean and I loved the guys at the breakfast. the rooms were amazing and the cleaning staff too HOWEVER one server was extremely rude at the cafeteria the first day before check in , another server did not want to settle a table for 4 people for dinner but happily did so for 3 people … it didn’t make sense to be honest ( it was a buffet too ) we had to sit with random people during that dinner , i would’ve understood if they spoke nicely at least but being less informative is.. meh anyways the women servers and receptionist were phenomenal and exceptional...
