I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was just spot-on — the conditions were excellent and the service? Absolutely incredible. The staff’s warm smiles truly brightened my day from the moment we arrived.

We were greeted in our room with fresh fruit and cookies — such a sweet gesture to kick off the stay. The hotel also surprised us with a complimentary treatment, and I chose a massage. Let me tell you, it was an amazing experience — so relaxing that I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

The food was really good too. I had the chance to try some traditional dishes, and they were delicious. The waitstaff and managers were top-notch — so professional and kind.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel — it’s the best in town, no doubt. I truly hope I’ll get the chance to come back...

I stayed at this hotel from 6th to 9th September, 2023. Suit 107 The hotel is funtastic. Probably the best hotel i stayed at in Algeria so far. Service was exceptional. Staff they respcet their guests...answered the questions in a professional and friendly manner. The room was up to my expectations..equiped with everthing we needed. Always clean and tidy. The buffet was really nice.. Well cooked food. The only thing that could make my stay more better was the early checkin option .. I arrived at Chlef around 5am..and cloud not do check in and I had to wait up to 7 hours. But everthing else was really nice
