Hôtel El Hayat — Hotel in Batna

The service is awful, the hotel rooms smell bad and it looks like a hotel from the 19th century but not in a good way.

Edit: Since you've responded to my review I can give you a point on that, first of all the clients were not satisfied with your hotel I give you that because after I got them into the room they directly stated that they don't like the room and demanded I need to take them somewhere else, and why would I change their reservation if they were satisfied with it in the first place, so let's get started with the room it was a small-narrow room for two people the bathroom weren't cleaned and smelled, the furniture was old and a lot of rust in the room, the bed was thin like cardboard, so your narrative is completely false and the receptionist was very rude and...

I was very well looked after here. The friendly staff went out of their way to make my stay in Batna enjoyable. It was Ramadan so in theory there was no breakfast, but they prepared a tray with coffee, eggs, cakes etc. They gave me exact instructions on how to catch the buses I needed to visit the Roman sites at Tazoult and Timgad.
