Worst hotel I have ever seen run by money monger and a crooked manager!!! ||||Imagine a pool that comes in all hotels as part of amenities, they charge for it at this place DA1000/person!!!||Not only that, the manager/owner has no rational to treat fairly his guests, in this case myself, and deny a promise to use his swimming pool!!!||||In addition, WiFi in this place is disgracefully intermittent so do not count on decent internet.||Imagine the manager takes your room AC control (although he gives you the remote control!!)😱||Even worse, the shower water pressure is so low that it takes ages to take a shower😱||Finally, this money monger manager (hazem) put more water pressure on the toilet than your head shower😱😰||||Finally, when we reserved at this crooked hotel we were given a price and when we left this crooked manager charged us with a different price DA2000 EXTRA😱😱😱😱😱||||The only positive thing are the hotel "slaves" who deserve all the respect for their hardwork in cleaning and arranging! They are the only nice thing here, sadly exploited but a money monger manager!||||Shameful manager and unworthy of money spent at his place😤||Never come again!...

They are friends of hotel so don’t worry about it. That’s how good the hotel is to its guests. I would definitely stay there if I was staying in Batna again. The restaurant is next to restaurants and a small...
Read moreThe hotel is quite clean by Algerian standards. The staff is welcoming and pleasant.
However, I would like them to improve. Do not block access to light switches ( I had to slide my hand behind a closet to access the bathroom switch. Check the batteries of the AC unit and TV to make they are still good. Staff should be sitting down or watching TV or on they phones. Breakfast was OK. The scrambled were cold on the first day. Wonder why they did have hot water under them to keep them hit. Check the milk faucet to make it works right. It was spilling milk. Do not expect customers to turn on radiators in the breakfast room to keep warm. If you are the owner or staff, make yourself known by wearing unifirn6,...
