Hôtel Palace Biskra — Hotel in Biskra

I was suggested this hotel as I wanted to be in the centre of town and this hotel is tw minutes' walk away from the market place, which was humming in the morning, with loads of small cafes in the surroundings. This is a small hotel, quite new and privately-owned which I am finding out is important in this land. The staff are very helpful and only too willing to go the extra mile to keep the client happy. The room was small - as was the bathroom - but perfectly adequate with a fridge, TV with all 800+ channels and Internet throughout. The only drawback was the rather strong drain smell in the bathroom throughout the night but which miraculously disappeared in the morning! The price was very correct and included breakfast...

I don’t recommend it, the staff are irresponsible, the bathroom has huge plumbing issues and leaks, and it’s very smelly, the room are very dirty. And the furniture is broken , don’t recommend at...

Chambres non chauffées , fenêtres qui ne se ferment pas, mauvaises odeurs dans la salle , couverture avec l'odeur de tabac , manque d'hygiène pas de restauration !

Petit déjeuner catastrophique (très peut de choix) les verres était très sales , les bouteilles de jus d'orange était en face les rayons de soleil sur les tables sans couvercle ! Pas de frigo !

Pas de stationnement 😏 je ne le recommande absolument pas...
