M Suite Hotel — Hotel in Dar El Beïda

I arrived late at night from Rome, traveling alone, and the service at M Suites Hotel was outstanding. Anis was waiting for me when I arrived, helped me with my luggage, and even drove me from and to the hotel. I had an early domestic flight the next morning and had to leave before breakfast time, but Karim, who is incredibly friendly and welcoming, made sure I was well taken care of.

He woke me up on time with an alarm, quickly prepared my bill (I paid with a Dhahabia card), and even brought me a warm coffee and a pocket breakfast personally from the restaurant to calm me down when I was a bit late. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out.

Karim is fluent in French, English, and Arabic — we spoke in all three languages with ease. The whole hotel is very clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with Algerian touches and lovely paintings, which made my short stay feel very warm and authentic. The hotel is also only 5 minutes away from the airport, which makes it extremely convenient for travelers.

Overall, I had an excellent experience, and I highly recommend M Suites Hotel for their hospitality, efficiency, and genuine...

I liked everything in this hotel,I have seen many hotels,but this one is in my top choices. I highly recommend this hotel to stay. I'll start from the great staff they have. The majority speak a minimum of 3 languages. They are incredibly caring and go above and beyond to ensure guests' needs are met with warmth and professionalism (Nesrin, Omar, Chaima, Haithem, Anissa, Redouan, mehdi, belal, mohamed, fatema, Rahim....OMG they're a lot... so sorry for the rest, ya'all great ) not only boasts an exceptional location (5min from airport, centre, fair), but it also excels in other aspects. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, ensuring a refreshing and comfortable stay. they're offering free transportation from/to airport or safax fair at any time.

Additionally, the hotel's breakfast is truly amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start your day off right. Top roof restaurant with the best menu of the best chef in algerie (Rabah)

Weak communication

Although the M-suite hotel is well-rated and conveniently located, I can't stress enough how bad the staff is at communicating. Tried to book through email and got a vague answer only after 2 days. I again asked the same precise question and got the same vague answer the next day.

Booking by phone was worse as you can't do it in advance because of "changing prices", and if you are lucky enough to get across they will tell you that they will call you back (without doing so). How on earth a hotel can't secure your booking 2 weeks in advance?

The worse is that they asked me to provide my credit card number with date of expiry over email. Seriously, sharing your CC details over an non-encrypted server isn't the best thing to ask a potential guest. Total lack of credibility...

Obviously the hotel is targeting locals but not international travellers, which is sad as again it is rather well rated.
