⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I arrived late at night from Rome, traveling alone, and the service at M Suites Hotel was outstanding. Anis was waiting for me when I arrived, helped me with my luggage, and even drove me from and to the hotel. I had an early domestic flight the next morning and had to leave before breakfast time, but Karim, who is incredibly friendly and welcoming, made sure I was well taken care of. He woke me up on time with an alarm, quickly prepared my bill (I paid with a Dhahabia card), and even brought me a warm coffee and a pocket breakfast personally from the restaurant to calm me down when I was a bit late. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Karim is fluent in French, English, and Arabic — we spoke in all three languages with ease. The whole hotel is very clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with Algerian touches and lovely paintings, which made my short stay feel very warm and authentic. The hotel is also only 5 minutes away from the airport, which makes it extremely convenient for travelers. Overall, I had an excellent experience, and I highly recommend M Suites Hotel for their hospitality, efficiency, and genuine care for guests.

Unbelievable good and class hotel. You feel like the special and vip customer in the hotel. The wi-fi connection iş very good, rooms are large and very clean. You can feel in all details the quality. İt is a New constructed hotel. Türe is a good working desk and a lot of place to charge your laptop. Large bed and very clean. The staff is good educated and very kind and helpful. The bathroom is designed perfect also. You will find enough towels after bath in the bathroom. The shampoo, bathgel and soap are good quality. My opinion as a business traveler, this hotel summit 5 star quality and will stay in this hotel again. The breakfast is good, you can find everything you want in good quality. J’ai séjourné au MS Hôtel, situé à proximité de l’aéroport, et j’en garde une bonne expérience. Le studio est spacieux, bien agencé et parfaitement équipé. Il dispose d’une kitchenette pratique, d’un bureau fonctionnel, d’un canapé une place, et d’une literie très confortable. L’endroit est également calme, ce qui assure des nuits reposantes. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été chaleureusement accueilli par un personnel attentionné, soucieux du bien-être de ses clients. Le wifi fonctionne bien dans l’ensemble de l’hôtel, mais dans ma chambre, la connexion était parfois un peu limitée. La salle de bain est globalement satisfaisante, bien qu’il y ait eu un souci avec le pommeau de douche qui ne fonctionnait pas. Heureusement, j’ai pu utiliser la douchette sans problème. Le petit-déjeuner buffet offre une belle variété de produits, bien que l’absence de jus d’orange ou de pomme soit un petit bémol. Un vrai plus de l’hôtel est son service de navette gratuite vers l’aéroport, avec un trajet d’environ 10 minutes, très pratique pour les voyageurs. De plus, si vous souhaitez sortir le soir, vous pourrez profiter de nombreux restaurants et magasins le long de la rue, ce qui rend l’emplacement encore plus attrayant. En résumé, le MS Hôtel offre une prestation de qualité, idéale pour un séjour à proximité de l’aéroport, malgré quelques points mineurs à améliorer.

I liked everything in this hotel,I have seen many hotels,but this one is in my top choices. I highly recommend this hotel to stay. I'll start from the great staff they have. The majority speak a minimum of 3 languages. They are incredibly caring and go above and beyond to ensure guests' needs are met with warmth and professionalism (Nesrin, Omar, Chaima, Haithem, Anissa, Redouan, mehdi, belal, mohamed, fatema, Rahim....OMG they're a lot... so sorry for the rest, ya'all great ) not only boasts an exceptional location (5min from airport, centre, fair), but it also excels in other aspects. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, ensuring a refreshing and comfortable stay. they're offering free transportation from/to airport or safax fair at any time.

Additionally, the hotel's breakfast is truly amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start your day off right. Top roof restaurant with the best menu of the best chef in algerie (Rabah)

Weak communication

Although the M-suite hotel is well-rated and conveniently located, I can't stress enough how bad the staff is at communicating. Tried to book through email and got a vague answer only after 2 days. I again asked the same precise question and got the same vague answer the next day.

Booking by phone was worse as you can't do it in advance because of "changing prices", and if you are lucky enough to get across they will tell you that they will call you back (without doing so). How on earth a hotel can't secure your booking 2 weeks in advance?

The worse is that they asked me to provide my credit card number with date of expiry over email. Seriously, sharing your CC details over an non-encrypted server isn't the best thing to ask a potential guest. Total lack of credibility...

Obviously the hotel is targeting locals but not international travellers, which is sad as again it is rather well rated.
