⚠️ A Catastrophe – Worst “Hotel” Experience Ever If I could give him 0 star I would. If there were a word worse than disaster, I would use it. This is by far the worst hotel experience of my life. In fact, this place shouldn’t even be called a hotel. Here’s why: 1. Reception – Rude and Arrogant The staff were extremely rude and acted like we were asking for favors, not paying for a service. When I complained that none of the promised services were actually available, the man in charge looked me in the eyes and said: “Look at the decor, it’s good. You should be happy.” As if some paint and wallpaper could make up for filth, lies, and unsafe conditions. 2. Nothing Was Clean The entire place was dirty — rooms, bathrooms, common areas. Absolutely no standards of hygiene. 3. Pools and Spa – Lies • The external pool doesn’t exist anymore. • The indoor pool is a dirty puddle. • The Jacuzzi was full of green, stagnant water. • No spa. No hammam. All of it was false advertising. 4. Cafeteria – Disrespectful Service Only drinks were available. I asked for milk — it was cold, served in a bare cup without a tray. No respect or service — just “come get it yourself.” 5. Refund Scam I paid for multiple nights but left after one. They promised a refund later in the day. It was a lie. There were other guests also trying to get their money back, and the staff refused to reimburse anyone. 6. Dangerous Elevator I got stuck in the elevator with my two-month-old baby. No staff came to help. Only another guest managed to get us out. Absolutely terrifying and unacceptable. 7. False Advertising Every “amenity” they promise online is either closed, broken, or never existed. 8. The far away beach : That just adds another layer of false promises and neglect to this already terrible experience. They clearly advertise easy access to the beach (probably through regular shuttles or “navettes”), but then: • There are no shuttles at all, despite what was promised. • And instead of offering a solution, the reception tells you to take a taxi — at your own cost. So not only is the beach far, but unless you have a car, you’re stuck, or you have to pay extra for transportation they were supposed to provide. 9. The breakfast There was hardly anything available—just milk, and not even a spoon to go with it. All the tables were dirty and clearly not cleaned or maintained. Overall, the breakfast setup felt neglected and uninviting. 🆘 Final Warning If you’re reading this, do not go. You’re not just wasting your money — you’re putting your safety and peace of mind at risk. Avoid this place at all costs. In all the languages I know : Hôtel à fuir absolument: Expérience catastrophique. Hôtel sale, mal géré, et très loin de ce qui est promis en ligne. Aucun service fonctionnel (piscines, spa, navette). Personnel impoli, arnaque sur les remboursements, ascenseur dangereux. Publicité mensongère totale. Si vous tenez à votre argent, votre sécurité et votre tranquillité : n’y allez pas فندق كارثي – احذر بشدة أسوأ تجربة فندقية على الإطلاق. المكان قذر، لا توجد خدمات مثلما يعلنون (لا مسبح، لا جاكوزي، لا حمام، لا نقل للشاطئ). الموظفون وقحون، ولا يتم إرجاع أي مبالغ مدفوعة. حتى المصعد خطر وتعطّل وأنا معي طفل صغير. احذر، لا تذهب إلى هذا المكان. إعلانهم كاذب بالكامل. Una catastrofe totale – da evitare Hotel sporchissimo, nessun servizio reale (piscina, spa, navetta per la spiaggia). Il personale è scortese e i rimborsi sono una truffa. The pool posed dangers, with my daughter even cutting her foot while swimming, and the Jacuzzi in our room was non-functional despite the appealing pictures. To add to the dismay, we were provided with dirty pillows and broken sheets, and even had to request towels multiple times. The fact that people smoked in the toilets only added to the overall discomfort. The quality of the food and beverages was equally appalling – cold milk, vile coffee, and overcooked croissants were the norm. Moreover, each time we inquired about facilities within the hotel, such as the restaurants or pool, we were met with further disappointment. It was evident that the staff lacked the necessary skills to provide adequate service, as they seemed to prioritise their preferences over the guests'. In conclusion, this experience is not one we would recommend to anyone.

Very bad hotel.. i wanna give it a zero, but its not possible so i'll give it a one. First of all, we booked a room for 3, when we arrived they said that all the rooms are full so one of us ended up sleeping on a very bad mattress on the floor. 2.The whole private beach thing is a lie, the beach is really far from the hotel, they took us there in a mini van and they didnt come back to pick us up, we(3 ladies) and others with kids had to wait like an hour (in the dark ..we faced many harrassments) for them to come, thanks to the receptionist who volunteered to come and pick us up ... 3.the pool thing is a lie( it's kinda far), the gym is also another lie. The elevator doesn't work ..most of the time The electricity kept cutting off The room lacks a lot of important things such as the hangers, trash can..etcm Today they served us spoiled milk

Theonly good thing in this hotel is : the staff.. they were really nice to us

But still i dont recommend this...
