the hotel is in a good location it's kinda big and the natural environment is beautiful but dirty, The bed sheets are not that clean and the rooms are okay simple decor with comfy beds, the prices are a bit high for a 3 star hotel, however the service is bad also the food service is horrible the hotel restaurant is very pricey for so little food the food have no taste and the fruits are kinda bad quality, they tried to fix a problem with the lights and they suddenly go off leaving us with no lights we had to use phone torches we bought a meal for four persons for 2 days at 20000da ( 2 million ) thinking it was a fancy restaurant and when we demanded a refund for the next day's dinner they told us that's not possible and they can't give refunds because of their stupid policy PLEASE DO NOT EAT IN THE HOTEL RESTAURANT, the beach is okay equipped with chairs and stuff. this hotel should be your last option it's not...
Read moreI had a conference in this hotel.||||I stayed in the suite which was very large and reasonably clean.||The bathroom was huge but the setup was like a 1-2 star hotel.||||The food in the restaurant was reasonable but not good.||Breakfast was not satisfactory.||||The hotel personnel was friendly, professional.||||The hotel is directly on the beach. You can swim in the sea.||There is no pool as I can recall.||||There are nice seating areas in the garden of the hotel.||||The hotel is quiet.||||I think this hotel may be one of the best hotels in Bejaia.||||Overall I was happy.||||I heard that a Portuguese company will rebuild this place as a five star hotel.||||Please note that the tourism in Algeria is almost nil. We stayed during Ramadan (outside of high-season) and was served Chourba, bourek, salade de fel-fel and tajine Zitoun with a big piece of chicken for Iftar. Everything was ready at the table when we arrived. We asked for Suhor during the night, and they gave us deliciously prepared couscous with elben plus dessert. The portions were very generous. Service was discrete, professional and without complaints. It was clean sheets and the cleanliness of the room was ok. The view was wonderful. Beautiful beach with light sand that we got to use.
