Días antes de llegar ya se preocupan por obtener todos los datos de cada persona de la reserva del equipo: denota mucha proactividad y una planificación muy buena del stock en la tienda. No solo eso, al llegar ya nos tenían preparado todo separado, esquís ajustados, botas en cada asiento. Pero lo más increíble es su profesionalidad y su cercanía, su atención personalizada fue realmente sorprendente, sabiendo nuestros nombres desde el primer momento. Hacen que la experiencia vaya mucho más allá de alquilar unos esquís y unas botas: te preguntan cómo ha ido el día, se acercan a ti y se interesan; los días que cierran pistas son ellos mismos los que te aconsejan qué hacer, adónde ir; te sugieren ir a sitios por la tarde/noche; si alguien ha tenido algún percance/accidente se preocupan cada día para saber cómo te encuentras.
