CBbC Costa Rodona — Restaurant in Encamp

I initially gave 5 stars after my first visit, but I am now revising it to 2 stars after my second visit. The food is delicious. But the waiter was so insanely rude. My second visit was a one star experience. He would shout at you, not wait for you to finish your sentence, and if you speak in English, you will get a second tier service. There were several times when I called for him, he saw me, and then went to serve another table with Spanish people instead, even though they didn't even call him. That happened several times, so it is not a one time occurrence. At the end, he came with the bill, shouted the price at us, and told us to go quicker as he is busy. I also ordered chicken nuggets, which last time came with sauces. He forgot to give me the sauces, so I thought I would have to help myself and went to the open table with all the sauces. He came yelling at me that he is the waiter and that I should sit back and not mess up his work. Very rude! It was the younger man, the one with the curly hair and glasses. Es un restaurante que conozco desde hace años, pero dejé de visitar debido a la lentitud en el servicio. Recientemente, decidimos darle otra oportunidad. Aunque la calidad de la comida sigue siendo aceptable, la considero un poco cara, lo cual podría justificar debido a su ubicación. Desafortunadamente, la situación con la velocidad del servicio no solo persiste, sino que ha empeorado desde mi última visita. Nos tomó más de tres horas completar la comida, y de los entrantes que solicitamos, solo nos trajeron 3 de los 5. Lo más decepcionante es descubrir, al revisar la factura en casa, que nos cobraron por dos Burratas que nunca llegaron a nuestra mesa. Cuando expresamos nuestra preocupación por la demora, especialmente teniendo en cuenta la presencia de niños en nuestro grupo, la respuesta inicial del personal fue negativa. Sin embargo, rectificaron su actitud después de que mantuviéramos un tono respetuoso en todo momento. Nos ofrecieron postres como compensación por la espera. La sorpresa fue mayor cuando, al solicitar 7 postres para nuestro grupo de 10 personas, nos informaron que no podrían ofrecer cortesía para todos. Esta situación me pareció un tanto desconcertante. Pero lo más inquietante es darme cuenta, cuando he revisado la factura en casa, de que nos cobraron por los 7 postres que supuestamente eran cortesía del restaurante. En total, nos han facturado 104 € de más en una cuenta que ya ascendía a 433.53 €. Refuerza mi convicción de que es crucial revisar las facturas en los restaurantes. we were a group of 14 (3 families) and went in most days on our holiday this year. there seems to be a lot of rules against which parts (outdoor) that you can sit in depending on whether you have ordered from the BBQ or the restaurant part. This culminated in an incident where we were basically (and rudely) told we could not sit together as a group as we had ordered from two different parts of the same restaurant. the waiter was extremely rude and arrogant and told us basically to go somewhere else if we didn't like it.
