Hotel Pirâmide — Hotel in Luanda

Booked 2 nights for temperary stay in luanda. Didnt read any reviews as it was booked by agent. Upon arrival it all seems nice, although they failed the finishing touch. Entering the room made me shiver. Im not too much of a cleanfreak, but hotelshowers with black flushes, a showercurtain on a bend rail, dirty floors and toilet. Shower wasn't working, beside the horizontal massage mode. Itches all over my body when laying in the bed. This is not just because of the springs stinging through the matrass. No window, no view. Breakfast was limited to bread, hamlike meat, cheesish substance and jams. Fruit was ok though. Conclusion: no...

Stayed here for a week all inclusive with my family upon arrival our room wasn’t ready so had to leave bags in the locker room and we all had to get changed inside there, once we got our room it was clean beds are comfortable Carnt fault the cleaners in everyday or staff very friendly but the food is a huge let down to this hotel and put me of ever going all inclusive again in the end we just stuck to the chips and bread rolls even the desserts were disgusting not a wide range to choose from it was so bad which is a shame as feel it knocks the hotel down a lot if I were to come back it would only be for the room and the...
