Hotel Konke Mar del Plata — Hotel in Mar del Plata

The sea facing rooms have amazing views of the Ocean and the windows are always super clean. The facilities of the swimming pool and gym are awesome. The hotel is modern and super clean as the cleaners do a great job. The location is good but at the moment there is construction next to the hotel which can be loud. This is likely to be going on for a while as a new building has just started to get foundations. The check in staff I found were a bit inflexible and very strict with rules for allowing a late checkout for one or two hours and then confusion in the rate I had booked and wanting to charge a different amount as their exchange rate was different (I didn’t have this issue with other hotels in Argentina). The breakfast was decent but one day they had run out of bananas sadly. The internet was also very weak in our room 704 which was frustrating as I needed to do some work. We had overall a good experience here but would be nervous to return in the next 12 months with the construction. I also wish they were just a bit more flexible with customers. Probably...

Estuvimos alojados en el hotel 11 días, si bien el hotel es muy bueno por las tarifas que cobran hay mucho para mejorar, como ser: desayuno, el salón es sumamente caluroso, no hay variedad de menú y lo peor son las mozas que todo el tiempo con intención de que te retires te sacan los platos o utensilios de mala manera, la peor la Señorita Agustina, malos modales no es servicial, le pedí un día si me traía hielo porque las bebidas estaban calientes obviamente no me lo trajo, en general no es bueno el servicio del desayunador, en la pileta lo mismo sucede, es agobiante el clima está todo cerrado y siempre hay alguien mirándote controlándote lo cual uno se siente observado por el personal del hotel en forma continua. La limpieza de las habitaciones es buena pero al haber alfombra han pasado días que no las aspiraban. Algo que me molestó y que no habla bien desde lo actitudinal del hotel es que pedimos quedarnos dos noches mas nos dijeron que si pasando a una habitación mas grande pero también mas cara, lo aceptamos pero una vez en la habitación la misma era mas chica y unos minutos después vimos que publicitaban que por dos noches regalaban una noche mas eso nunca nos lo ofrecieron, estaba vigente entonces por cortesía si lo estas publicando deberían haberlo ofrecido. En esa habitación mas chica los armarios era sumamente chicos. Aclaro que en ambas habitaciones que estuvimos tuvimos que pedir perchas porque ponen solo 3 perchas, para finalizar si es un hotel 4 estrellas y se abona una tarifa bastante alta para después tener que observar tantos errores, no lo...
