Neuquen Tower Hotel — Hotel in Neuquén

The Neuquén Tower Hotel was a good place to stay for a few nights while I was on a business trip to Neuquén. My first impression of the hotel was very good. The reception area is large and very comfortable, and the reception staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English (a real plus for me). My room on the 6th floor had 3 single beds (I understand this is the same for all the rooms of that class) and was well appointed with a desk, a mini bar and fridge and a lock box. The hotel WiFi, included in the price, was reliable and had a pretty good speed. Breakfast was tasty and varied, although I could have done with a few more hot food options. Travelling on business with a delegation, we stayed at the Neuquen Tower for 2 nights. The place had everything you need for a no fuss, restful stay: rooms were spacious, well eqiped, clean, comfortable bed, great shower with lots of hot water, and great room service. I needed some ironing done in a hurry to meet meeting commitments and it was done with no fuss and a great smile.||||We also used the hotel for a function (approximately 60 people) and presentations: the venue was very good, dinner and service excellent, and everything worked without fuss.||||Perhaps the only criticism would be the lack of a business centre facility. there was a computer in the lobby, heavily patronised by kids.
