The Grand Hotel is gorgeous! It has a very old world but updated Mediterranean vibe. Gorgeous views and grounds. I felt like I was in a movie scene. It was out favorite hotel from our two week stay in Italy. It was the 4th one we stayed at. The staff is very friendly and helpful!! Our housekeeper Maria was so kind and always so helpful! Our room was beautiful everyday! Other reviews complained that the staff felt stuffy. They were dressed nicely, but nothing stuffy about them. The room was large with beautiful furniture and the most breathtaking view of the ocean. Other reviews complain of the view. It’s because they didn’t pay the little extra money for an ocean view. They have blackout blinds to keep the room dark and quiet at night if that’s something you need. Some nights we left it open and enjoyed the view and the sounds of the beautiful birds singing. Our patio had chairs and a nice seating area in the room. The continental breakfast was always delicious. They waiters come to you for your coffee order while you walk around to the huge buffet to find what you’d like to eat. At the egg bar you could chose from fried eggs, poached eggs, scrambled eggs and/or an omelette. The roof top bar is a great place in the evening to relax and enjoy the view. Their garden patio is very relaxing and beautiful! We didn’t use the pools, but they were in excellent condition. I would have used the rooftop pool to enjoy the ocean view if we had one more day here. You will love this hotel!! I highly...

The first night was okay, but the second night the heating was fully turned on without a possibility to turn it of. So we slept with all windows open and were overheated. The hotel is at the main road of the village so traffic noise when window opened. ||||Breakfast is simple with coffee/tea/yellow liquid called orange juice (doesn't taste like it), medialunas, slices of dry bread, cake and fruit. There are additional muffins and slices of cake from the bakery that you can buy.||||Small pool in the garage, not really attractive. Jaccuzi wasn't working. Massage service for 120-180 pesos. Recommended.||||In the evening the whole hotel, including the bedroom, smells like fried potatoes from the restaurant...
