I love this place and really I think is one of the best b&b in Armenia that I know. The place itself is beautifully done, with a garden with a view to the mountain and with an amazing mulberry tree, and in the other side the cozy place when you can eat, seat and relax. Food is just amazing, very local and well prepared. A lot of rooms are new, very clean with comfortable beds and good bathroom. There are some things to finish in the rooms (place to put your things for exemple) so don't hesitate to visit the rooms and ask if you need something. Read moreWe stayed here for one night but regret every single moment of it.||||One of the upstair rooms we stayed in had no ventilation, only a fan which was not enough to deal with the hot weather of Areni. Probably in the room the temperature was 30 degrees while in its bathroom above 40.||I wonder how this new part of the house was allowed to be offerred to guests. We simply begged for the hours to pass by faster in order to leave this place.||||They offerred good food (probably the only reason it is a 2 stars review) but it is sooo expensive compared with other places in Armenia.||||I will never go back to this...
Read moreWe went in AWA one night when travelled from Nagorno-Karabakh to Jerevan. The there crew was friendly and helpful, rooms ok enough. We enjoyed our evening in their cozy balcony in front of main entrance. Breakfast was good. But... In evening they offered to taste local wines. The white one was really bad, also was quite bad rose. Red was drinkable. But summa summarum it is good place in Areni, nice views and catherdal in top of hill...
