Restland Dilijan Family Hotel — Hotel in Dilijan

I stayed at this hotel for three nights in December 2024-January 2025, and it was far from what I expected. The room was not as advertised—much smaller than the photos online, and there were several issues that made my stay uncomfortable.||First, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The bathroom had mold in the corners, and there was dust on the furniture.||The Wi-Fi was also incredibly slow, making it impossible to work or even stream anything.||Overall, the service was lackluster at best. It is a very hospitable place settled in the forests of Dilijan. Not far from the city center, but far enough to enjoy the voices of the nature. Местоположение, большая территория и вся задумка понравились, единственное, что нужно - это привести всё в порядок. Шикарная территория с лужайками и садом, прямо за территорией протекает река. На первом этаже каждого номера находится большой, просторный холл, с диваном, креслами, большим столом, журнальным столиком, барной стойкой отделена зона кухни. На втором этаже две отдельные комнаты и сан узел. На территории находится отдельная столовая и баня. Баня правда очень сильно оставляет желать лучшего. В номерах нужен мелкий ремонт - улучшить регулировку воды в кранах, сделать замки на дверях. Насчёт сервиса в целом пойдёт, но если вы хотите ранний завтрак, вам придётся готовить его самим, т.к. в Армении как и на востоке не любят рано вставать.
