Amazing location right on the beach of Lake Sevan, we stayed in February and it was still beautiful with the snow. It is just over an hour from Yerevan which puts it in a great location to get away from the city for a couple of nights. ||Service was great apart from a mix up with the Jacuzzi we had requested, seems they had double booked it, also on the night they did manage to provide it to us it they didn't put it on early enough so it was still not hot enough when we came to use it so did so in the morning instead. Otherwise they were very responsive and helpful through WhatsApp. ||Below are a few pros and cons; ||Pro's |- Location is stunning. |- Definitely the nicest looking accommodation in the area, all very new and well kept. |- Shower was powerful and heating managed to keep up with the very cold weather outside. |- Very safe with a 24/7 guard at the gate.|- Flexible with check in and check out timing. |- Good Wifi. |- Right near Sevan Monastery and some nice resultants along the lake however I wouldn't recommend going in to Sevan itself, there really isn't much there at all. |- Great English speaking team member. ||Cons |- Road to the location is dirt and hard to find as you turn off the main road, it is extremely bumpy and you definitely need snow tires in the winter, Yanex maps will take you there easily enough though. |- Room comes with Fridge, Kettle and a set of plates and cups and cutlery, would have benefitted from tea and coffee and even a small kitchenette. |- Mattress was very hard and lumpy which meant I struggled to sleep with only a pillow each provided also. |- There was a plumbing issue while we were there which meant when we came in from a day out the room smelt of sewage, we only stayed for two nights so didn't bother raising it. |- Breakfast for the amount paid could have been better, it was definitely tailored to the Armenian taste but was still ok just didn't feel like great value. ||It is very new I believe so they are still finding there feet but I wold recommend some more homely touches like rugs in the rooms, some decor a blanket to use outside, a welcome back describing what are...
Read moreI had a wonderful experience at Sevan All Seasons Restaurant. The location is perfect, with beautiful views of Lake Sevan, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The food was delicious — especially the fresh fish dishes, which were cooked perfectly. Everything was served on time, and the portions were generous. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sevan and looking for great service, tasty food, and a lovely view.
Thank you, All Seasons, for making our...
