Jermuk Moscow Health Resort — Hotel in Jermuk

I found the place cold and impersonal. The only time I saw an English speaking member of staff was on check in. I went down to reception numerous times but it was usually empty, so I was not able to find out about treatments available. The water in the shower was tepid, not warm enough for a comfortable shower: I tried it at various times. The staff serving food were friendly. Some of the food was very good but much on the buffet looked as if it had sat there all day. I left around 7 am and there was no one in sight anywhere. Maybe it livens up in summer. Despite the rain, I did go on some beautiful walks. The water was to die for: when I did wash my hair, despite the luke warm water, it felt the softest I can remember it. The room was clean and comfortable. If it had been warmer, I would have enjoyed the balcony. |In the lobby, there is a coffee dispensing machine, common in Armenia. I tried for a cappuccino and got a sweet black nescafe. All in all that coffee summed up my feelings towards the resort. I left without experiencing anything that the resort had to offer apart from the room...

We were a group of eight including two couples. We were given three rooms, one standard with two beds, one VIP delux for a couple, and one deluxe with one double and two single beds. A total dissapointment, very dirty rooms and bathrooms, bedsheets were folded and put in cupboards, you have to make your own bed! No daily cleaning of the rooms, no bathroom necessities, and although not immportant, TV showing only one channel. Receiption personnel very rude and uncooperative. The "full board" food was terrible offered in a restaurant with lined tables like a prison. The whole place reminded me of those old Soviet era movies that leaves a bitter taste in the mouth. The place needs a thorough cleaning turning everything upside down, a management that knows about hotel business and a serious customer service course.||||I would not recommend even my worst enemy...

I visited my family this summer and was excited to travel with them to Jermuk. I never thought that I will fell in love with this beautiful place, especially when I stayed at the Jermuk-Moscow Health Resort. The staff was great, food was delicious and I'm planning to come back from Los Angeles, and visit again this beautiful resort -Jermuk-Moscow thank you for your hospitality and great service. The medical team was great and very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely visit and stay for longer period of time to enjoy all the medical treatments and breath the alpine air here in Jermuk.
